Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

Der Yorkshire Wildlife Trust ist eine Stiftung zum Schutz der Natur. Er ist aufgebaut wie ein Netzwerk mit Wildlife Trusts in North-, East, South- und West Yorkshire. Der Yorkshire Trust wurde um 1946 gebildet, zunächst ging es vor allem um den Schutz des Naturschutzgebiets Askham Bog bei York. Mittlerweile sind einige Gebiete dazu gekommen. Eines der Vorzeigegebiete ist Potteric Carr südlich von Doncaster.
